HPGR Roller Presses

FLSmidth HPGR (High-Pressure Grinding Rolls) delivers energy-efficient comminution with up to 40% lower specific energy consumption than SAG milling. Operating at pressures up to 8 MPa, the HPGR creates interparticle crushing for consistent product size. The stud-lined roll surface forms an autogenous wear layer. Anranst supplies tungsten carbide studs and roll segments for HPGR maintenance.
